About us

Each of us has our own stories and memories about horses, with feelings, desires, fears, strength. We no longer imagine the necessary horses in our world, but we dream of them. People can’t part with horses, so I gave them the places they deserve, finally.
Horses are now artists in shows, together with some special people. Or they are the ones who teach us to live in harmony with our own emotions and with nature. They are our partners in the only human-animal couple sport, horse riding, which can be art. They are still the subject of many works of art. And of our dreams, sometimes.
And they are closer now, in the performances of BASME CU CAI and at the most memorable events.
FAIRY TALES WITH HORSES was the dream of a Romanian stuntman, Vali Vasilescu, the youngest of the old guard of stuntmen from the period when strong films were made in Romania, like those of Sergiu Nicolaescu. His first film was “Dacii”. He is the first Romanian from “The Taurus World Stunt Academy”, the international organization of stuntmen and the first to receive the Stunt Award of the Cinematographers’ Union. He played in famous films, with actors like Orlando Bloom, Milla Jovovich and Oscar winner Christoph Waltz or in ”Cold Mountain”, with Nicole Kidman and Jude Law or in The Three Musketeers (2011), They Attack (2006) , The seed of Chucky (2004) and many others.
Vali is the one who writes the script and directs the shows, in which you can also see him.
Horses have always been his great passion, which he transformed into his own way of life. He works with Andalusian horses (Pura Raza Espanola, horses selected in Spain for hundreds of years for their appearance, temperament and ability to learn and execute ).
You will see alongside Vali Vasilescu, in the performances, people trained by him, dedicated to the equestrian art. You will see what equestrian dressage, tournament, vaulting, acrobatics and others mean. You will discover a fascinating world, which you must have thought about many times!
You will have unique experiences with horses, birds of prey and wolves.
So, see you soon!
